Having spent more than 10 years working in the corporate world of Investment Management, I learned a thing or two about strategic planning and organizational development.
I lead internal mentoring & leadership programs, and was responsible for an internal consulting & analytics team. I dug deep into the details of each business & looked for ways to optimize potential and fix what wasn't working.
I learned the power of combining networking, mentorship & collaboration to lift people into positions of power that matched their unique skill set. I value building solid strategic business plans and platforms that now support my creative entrepreneurial spirit. Earning my MBA in night school, while climbing the corporate ladder I learned ways to work smart, not harder. The thing I love to talk about most is business opportunities and possibilities. Especially with women who want to turn their dreams and passions into their dream business. It is "the thing" I never tire of talking about. And I am good at seeing possibilities in the women around me, and being a believing mirror and guide to launch their work into the world. I left my fulfilling career to raise my children full time and create my own dream biz. And so are you.
