To create what it is you are here to create in your life. My work aims to harness the power of an intentional practice using restorative yoga, creativity practices, and intuitive dance to deepen inner listening, and anchor transformative change. I stand as a witness to reflect your truth, create safe space for self reflection and permission to dream storm. I guide you through the process of defining the goals that will write the next chapter of your life. We will look at what you value, want to experience and desire most to create in this life, and build a plan that feels nourishing and expansive and is also laser focused on moving towards what matters to you most. Replacing limiting beliefs, thought patterns & physical patterns are focused on the logical mind. And we will start there. It is equally vital to integrate new ways of being deeply into your emotional and energetic beings, to fully "embody" them with mindful movement and restorative practices. Creative Expression and body focused practices allows us to see and hear the wisdom that speaks in the language of our souls. Every client will need a different mix of tools and practices. Together we will customize the right plan to support YOU. My goal with clients is always to create a life long personalized practice full of tools, rituals, and practices that will enable you to be in dialogue with this inner wise place always, long after our work is done. Restorative Yoga
Breath work, Restorative Poses & Mindfulness. I believe in the power of neuro-plasticity of the brain, and that yoga, holistic & meditative practices are the gateway to our innate healing capabilities & wisdom. In 2007 I trained with Bo Forbes, founder of the New England School of Integrative Yoga Therapeutics. Her work was my introduction to the power of embodiment practices & the innate wisdom our bodies hold. Anchoring with Essential Oils Working with scents can have powerful effects on the limbic system, which house our emotional memories. (think of how smelling fresh baked bread feels) Simply stated they are powerful anchors that can support shifts in old patterns. They can be used to support and bolster your energy as you expand and ascend into new more abundant and more joyful states of being. Creative Expression Paint, Sculpt, Draw, Write, Create. Learning your creative language and practicing it regularly is a powerful way to hear deep and wise guidance from within. Guidance/Coaching Mindset, values, and accountability to your life vision. Reiki Healing energy fosters access to this receptive state where energy can shift, transform and rebalance, and intuition can be heard. Intuitive Dance This practice is a full being movement class designed to strengthen your intuition, rebalance and nourish your energetic body and return you to self love, clarity, and contentment. Gentle prompts, themes, journal prompts and carefully curated music lists guide participants to explore their own natural energetic impulses and are encouraged to let their bodies wisdom lead the dance. Restorative Yoga and guided meditations are an integral ending to the movement practice encouraging a connection to limitless self love and inner knowing. Currently only offered locally, but custom dance play lists can be curated for your personal practice. . |
